General email account in Exchange 5.5

How do I setup a mailbox that can distribute to multiple email accounts. So when someone emails ie mike@libertyenv.com it goes to everybody in the company. I noticed that alternate recipient can only be setup for one user. I need to know how to forward all emails from one account to multiple accounts.
