Generic usb audio driver windows xp Found new hardware

Hi there all , Please point me in the right direction. I have 2 USB phones (Atcom AU 100 and Genius G-Talk). They both work on my laptop ( XP Pro cel 2.0 512Mb). If i connect them to my computer ( Core 2 Duo 2.2 2GB XP Pro SP3)it asks for a generic usb audio driver. Ive searched the web for a stand alone version of the driver. Ive uninstalled all the USB from the device manager. Still the same. I believe it must a registry issue but dont know what?. ALso all other USB devices work fine on my computer.
