Get graphical login interface back

At second machine startup or reboot, which is after installation and first login, I always lose that graphical login interface. I tried to read the articles on starting X server, the windows pops up, but does not allow me to use any tools (no taskbar). Is there any other way to keep having graphical login interface at any time whenever you reboot machine? Did I forget something after installation?
