Good Books on NT 4.0sp6 Administration

I’m new to the admin areana (hired on in a college LAN lab) and I despiratly need a good book (or two) on administering a Windows NT 4.0 network. I’ve heard Sybex is ok and some others but what do you guys think? I’m all ears! ~Aaron
