Good Palm database software?

I am looking for database software for the Palm OS that allows you to create a database with tabs that will allow people to have their own file (only like 16 different fields) that you can store on a Sony memory stick and be read on 1 of 4 differentclie’s
(must store everything on stick, there will be over 200 sticks so no actual data may be stored on the palm itself) any ideas? thank you
