Goofy GUI

New Gigabyte mobo without AGP or on-board video. Running Win2k and PCI Video card. Went to install VGA driver for SiS650 chipset, got a cursor and background color…nothing else. Had to re-install Win2k and disable driver. Problem not noticed with Win9x. And the conflict is……
