Graceful Shutdown

I have a NT 4.0 sp6 which is frustrating me when shutting down.

It always stops at a button box that says restart. What I have to do to shutdown the box is actually turn the machine off.

I believe this is a registry key that can be changed tolet it shutdown and power off all at once, but I can’t seem it find a reference for it.
