Graphics Card

I tried to install a Nvidia Ge Force2 MX 200 Graphics Card. After installing the card my monitor screen will not come on. The Windows XP insignia comes on and it runs all the diagnostics, then the screen is just blank. I trie dchecking all the connections and it is still not working. Any Advice?? Thanks for your time.
