Greek Plug-in Windows 2000

how do I remove a Plug-in (Greek Language) in Windows 2000. User downloaded from Web site while browsing Greek Radio station. Now every time user opens a .pdf file all information is in Greek. I have un-installed and re-installed both IE5.01 and Acrobat. Checked registry and Ini’s
