Greyed out “Open with” dialog

Hi,

W2K Server w/Terminal services config as member server.

I log on as Administrator (either domain or w2k termserver box)and go to change the association of a file type – you know, right click a file in file manager and click ‘open with’

The entire ‘Open with’ dialog is greyed out and I cannot choose ‘Always use this program to open…’

Also, Tools, options, file types is also all greyed out and I have no power to change file type associations? What gives?

Registry? Policy? I’mdarned if I can find it!
