Group Managers

I need to setup some user managers by workgroups. Does the “Managed By” tab in the AD Group definition actually do anything?

The only function these managers should have is to be able to reset passwords for their users.

I’m aware of creating OU’s, and then using the Delegating Control Wizard.

Are there any other options?
What is the best way to do this?
