Group Policy

I just installed 2000 server, everything went along smoothly until I started creating GPO. The GPO only goes as far as the Local Machine, all the restrictions works the way I want them to, the problem is that my workstations users (also 2000 pro) are not inheriting the GPO, I think i’ve tried all that manual has to offer. I would appreciate any sugestions…
