Group Policy for NT

At work we are running NT on the server. The only problem is that out of about 60 workstations, only about 5 are actually running NT. All of the rest are running 95 – XP. I tried applying a login script, which did not work. I also tried to implementa policy, but that also failed to work. I placed the files in \winnt\system32\repl\import\scripts. I found some websites that say that is the correct location. I have also tried to logon using a NT workstation and it did not work either. If anyone has any tips that would be great. Thank you
