Group policy help.

I can not seem to get group policy to work. I can set the password complexity and password length.
but I cannot restrict the users from deleteing the history in IE. I’ve set it to disable general page settings,security and advanced.
Weare running 2000 server with 12 stations, all with 2000 pro. we are using AD. I’m setting the policy in AD users and computers. I go to xxxxx.com and edit the policy there. Any help please.
