Group Policy Object Security Issues In Citrix

I am trying to investigate any security issues in enabling all the menu items in Accessories in start menu. Also whether to disable the document menu.

I am also confused about the security for the display properties.

Is there any security concern for the Help and Support Menu?

Is it also okay to enable the Run and Search Menu?.

We are moving to Citrix and I’ve been asked to investgate if there is any security issue about the aboved.
