Good Morning and happy turkey day to all.I will be taking my 70-240 test next week.My study guide is “Mark Minasi-Mastering win2000″.One area of dilemma is win2000,as microsoft calls it the order of inheritance is sdou (Site,Domain,OU or Sub-OU)Essentially Domain policy overrides site &OU overides domain & sub-ou overides ou if you happen to have one.I have done general Group
policy to initiate software installations through msi,mst &Zap files & account,security restrictions but I saw a question on a friends”mcse Directory Service Study Guide” where restrictions on Site and one on Domain(Default domain policy).The answer in the back stated Domain policy overides others in hierachy.My answer is the OU policy will override the domain policy.Reread the chapter last night & now this post for clarification.Any Thoughts will be welcome,Thanx
