Half Life 2 Constantly Crashing

Hi, I’ve been playing half life 2 for about since Monday, And I’ve been hading some constantly crashes, mostly while im in the game, I can play a few minutes of gameplay, but then after a while (Mostly Point Insertion) I get this error message:

After clicking OK, I get a kick out of the game.
