Hard Drive.

I have just received a computer with 2 hard drives 730mg and an IBM 212. I formatted both and I can’t to get the system running again. I took out the IBM and I have been trying to install my program (Win95) and I have been unsuccessful. I keep getting the insert disk screen, and it tells me to enter F1.
