Hard drive

I have an old Acer Aspire 166MHZ and the HD craped out, so I put in a Western Digital 60 GB and the floppy disk comes on “Data Lifegaurd tools” and tells me “Found FAT32 Partition type obh (chs) on drive 128 drfat32.sys: could not properly access invalid partition.” I can’t even use the tools to get going. Help please.
