Hard Drive Gone

Okay… 1000 pts for the person who answers this with the correct answer in less than an HOUR! Oh ya….
I run XP Pro. 400Mgz. 300+SDRAM. 4 hard drives. 1 of the drives is completely unformatted in some RAW format (according to Windows) after another one of Windows crashes that result in a power off.
I need data off this drive (yes, backups are done but none with today’s data).
What is wrong with the drive and how do I get it back up?
