Hard drive partition

Hi All

I am having a very bad day, I have a 60GB SATA Hard drive. on the bios it can detect just fine but on windows it doesn’t show. i even tried to use it as an external no luck. Even though on bios it can detect when i try to setup Windows it say no Hard Drive.
