Hard drive size

On a Win98 PC, in My Computer when I check the harddrive size it says 12 GB, but when I use disk size program for windows, the one with the pie chart it shows only a 2GB hard drive, there is only one parition (c:). I havent ran FDISK yet though to see if that parition is 100% of the drive I will try that. If anyone else has any ideas please let me know. Thank You
