hi,
i’ve been working on a very old pc, i mean old. this pc was infect with virus so i had little choice on recovering all data and end reformatting it. now, the pc was running win 98 and i wasn’t provided with a startup disk.i had no luck on finding a startup disk in win 98 SE that i have so i went to bootdisk.com and and copied a boot disk from the site. when i reformat the hdd, i pop the boot disk but it leads to no nowhere. it just analized the drive. is there a boot disk that would boot the hdd and partition at the same time? i’ve tried installing the hdd to my pc but its way to old for my main board to read it. so i’m way out of luck and hard to find all the info i need. can any one lead me to the right steps and tools? thanks in advance.
note: hdd only has 582 mb cap.
there’s two hdd by the way one running as
slave. both w/ same situation.
