Hardware/Software updates for WindowsXP

I recieve the following messages when I try to upgrade from Windows 98 to Windows XP. Where can I download the updated drivers from.

1. Hardware that does not support WindowsXP
–HSP56MR Modem is not compatible
–PCWIN95 is not compatible

2.Software that does not support Windows XP
–Channel Screen Saver(recent document)
–Create Rescue Disk (on start menu)
–HSP56MR (in control panel)
–PC-Cillin 2000.
