hardware to enable v.92

I have installed a modem from Best Data. It has a feature that I would like to utilize, but my phone company does not support v.92. I have tried a Emerson Switch Board, but both Emerson, my ISP provider and Best Data agree that there sysytem will not work for me. I had one of the Emerson Switchboards, and it worked only untill the modem and switchboard discovered each other. Then when I took a call, it never disconnected me, but when I tried to go back on line, the internet connection would not react and I got booted out of every site because of the infamous Internet settings routine. Is ther a reliable hardwae device which will allow me the use of the v.92 Internet call waiting feature?
