Hardware VPN/Firewall Solution

I’m looking for a VPN (firewall good if included but not needed, have one in place already) solution.

Needs aren’t great approx. 20-50 telecommuters. I’m looking for solutions similar to Shiva VPN Express.

What is everyone else using?
