Harware

I have a fairly new emachine. When I try to turn it on nothing happens. The light on the motherboard doesn’t even come on. I took a power supply out of my other emachine and tried that. The light on the motherboard comes on but nothing else happens. The cpu fan doesn’t come on either. Help ASAP
