harware troubleshooting

I’ve got cisco 2600; while instulling and configuring it , i ‘ve used cisco installation guide, but despite the fact, i’ve done everything as it was mentioned in instructions and documentations, i still have problems:
1. my cisco doesn’t write logs;
2. major problem is that radius server and router do not interact….for calls radius isn’t asked for pin code.
