hdd drive letters

Hi..

i have a 40gig which i have partitioned into 3 partitions. And i have 1 4.3 gig which i use as a floppy 🙂
problem is whenever i remove my 4.3 all the drive letters get reassigned thus making all my shorcuts, playlists, etc etc..
Is thereanyway i can maintain all my drive letters as they are…atleast for my 40gig hdd..
