HDD partition in compaq pressario 1700 ?

since i was using linux for a period in my laptop, i had to kill the existing factory set partitions on the 20 GB HDD. Only, that the laptop mobo doesn’t allow me to install any other windows Operating system, than the one that came with the laptop… In particular i remember there where 2 partitions: one system partition about 3.2 GB and another at about 18 GB. (they add up to 20) If anyone has the same laptop, i would really appreciate it if you could find the types and the exact sizes of the partitions, so i could restore the pc to its original state.. ( the characteristics of the model are :compaq pressario 1700, processor : intel pentium 1.13 GH, 20 GB HDD, cd-rw (8X), 256 mb ram)
