Help???

I have a shell script on a unix box.
I have operators who I dare not give command line access to, in order for them to kick off the shell script, I would like to be able to
start that shell script via a web page.
I link to the script and it returns the content of the script in text format .
I know it has to be something very simple I have over looked.
HelP?
