Help and Support Center

I recently discovered that I can no longer access the Help and Support Center in WinXP Pro. When I click on it, Windows accesses the hard drive briefly and then nothing. Help and Support Center doesn’t come up.

I checked the services, and it shows that Help and Support Center is started. I restarted it, but it still fails to open when I select the Start menu option.

Is there a way to reinstall the Help and Support Center from the XP CD?
