Help locating hard to find modem driver.

I found some other numbers on it, since everyone i talk to seems to think im not using the right number…

It is a Voice/Data/Fax/56k Winmodem has a joystick card on it, is a sound card as well….

I have downloaded every driver i could get my hands on, and none of them work. most of them install only sound drivers, and my modem never works…. its very annoying. Its a perfectly fine modem, and I don’t think I should have to buy a new one just because I moved over to Win2kPRO… if anyone can help me lovate a driver for it, I would be much appreciative….
