Help Me Decide

I have a problem of choosing an antivuris software amongst Trend Micro, Norton and McAfee.
I need to protect LAN with 5 servers and 400 clients that access the internet and have e-mail.
Which one would you suggest or how can you rate them with 1 =poor and 3 = best?
