HELP ME IDENTIFY THIS VIRUS PLS

2 days ago i installed a Windows 2k advance server, i was just too busy then that i forgot to install evrything(anti-virus, patch,etc,,) the next i logged in to my server I cant access my TCIP properties and my add/remove programs int he control panel,,WHAT HAS GONE WRONG??? ANYONE PLS!!
