help my comp is totally messed up

every time i try and open any file of any type it keeps saying that it needs winzip32.exe to open it and that file cannot be found eeven though i have run virus checkers and it still will not work what do i do how can i fix the problem i cant even open a word document please please please help me thank you simon whitley
