Help – Windows XP won’t register USB Hard Drive

I’ve bought a new Seagate 500GB external hard drive. I reformatted it to FAT32 so my mac OSX would read it. Now my mac reads it fine and while the hard drive shows up in the PC disc utilities, it won’t show up in windows XP explorer.

Anybody got any ideas?
