Help with error-Batmeter.dll

One of my c0-workers reported to me a error message when she booted up this morning. The error was “Batmeter.dll is linked to missing export setupapi.dll: setup…” I went to Microsoft knowledgebase and followed the directions to resolve the problem. I renamed the dlls batmeter.dll, seupapi.dll and cfgmgr32.dll. Used system file checker and reinstalled the dlls using my windows98SE disc, system is also windows 98SE. Rebooted loged her back into the network ( Novell 4.1) and now get the error “Systray.exe linked to missing export batmeter.dll:destroy batmeter. I then went back to microsoft knowledge base but could not find this error message. I’m now asking my fellow peers in Techrepublic for help.
