Help with help

On a couple of machines with Windows 95 V4.00.950 C. I get the message — Unable to display the find tab. (177) when I try to build the Find database. Help works on all the other modes (tabs). I have uninstalled help and then reinstalled it. So HELP. Client getting Ticked.
