Help with software problem in XP

User was installing a digital camera and probably software also under XP. His groupwise mail that was .pdf format has now been changed to .jpg. He is trying to print the Groupwise mail to an HP1200 LJ printer and the FONT is 8″in high. More than likely the .jpg format is causing the problem. IS THERE AN EASY WAY TO RECONVERT the files back to pdf format in one shot????
