Help!Can’t log in Win2k using Win98

Hello,
I just successfully install win2k server and installed active directory with pre-windows2000 and dns.The problem is that my win98 can’t login it says “The domain password
you supplied is not correct, or access to your
logon server has been denied.”

It worked when im using dhcp but if i use static ip address it doesn’t work. Any idea?
