HFNETCHK

When using HFNETCHK, it attempts to download to MSSECURE.CAB file from the MS Website. If your using the command from within a Company, it requires Proxy authentication. How do you authenticate to the proxy via a DOS prompt. MS does not provide any proxy switch as part of the HFNETCHK tool(how dumb is that?). How can I download MSSECURE.CAB automatically on a daily basis?
