Hidden EISA Configuration Partiton

How do I access a “hidden partition” on my HP Pavillion. This
partition shows up in Disk manager as a “EISA
Configuration” partition while running WIN2K Pro. This
partition is designed to be accessed at boot up for a system
restore, I want to write all this data to cd so I can reclaim
the 4.39 GB to is taking up.
