HIDE SYSTEM INFORMATION DURING BOOTUP

I would like to know if if there is a way to hide the system information behind company logo and make the system boot straight to Windows without showing any system information. The reason I wanted to do this is to stop complains from workers why his/hers system is different from other coworkers. I need help.
