Home Directory maps to wrong directory

I am running Windows NT 4.0. The problem I am having is that when I set a home directory on a user, the mapping goes to the wrong directory. The field is set as follows.
“\\servername\users\%username%”. This worked on my win2k workstation and one other NT workstation. Any more that I give a home directory to and it maps to “\\servername\users”. Any Ideas?
