home folder

i have it set for users so they cant access the c drive so they are forced to save things to there u drive how can i make it so that when they are in word or what ever program they are using when they go to save they dont need to find there u drive it just deafults to that location… i need a way that i can set that up in active directory or something that so i dont have to go into every machine…

please help
