Home LAN – Dial-up ISP connection start

by samjaynes . Updated 23 years, 4 months ago

I have an home LAN which I have three computers connected through an simple switch. One of the computers has a dial-up connection to the internet, however this computer is not frequently used physically, just mapped drives. My question… is therea way to start the internet connection from another computer through possible a self-excuted script? Right now I am using net-meeting to share the desktop and start the connection. I really don’t need to have control of the desktop, just access tostart and stop a internet connection. Suggestions?
