Home Network Problem

I have a installed a small home network of only 3 PC’s. 2 with XP and 1 with 98. The network seems to work fine except for one thing. One of the computers can be seen by the others in the workgroup but cannot be accessed. Says they dont have permission to access. Cant see a firewall or fire sharing problem. Computer which cant be accessed can access the others. Please help me
