Home Network Problem

I have a simple peep to peer network with a W98SE and a W95 computer. the W98 has a regular dial-up modem and the W95 does not. How can I get the W95 to share the modem and the dial-up connection? Or would the proper question be: can both machines share one dial-up connection and if so how?
