Hot Fixes / Security Updates

When I run Windows Update it gives me a list of Critical Updates (Hotfixes/Security updates). When I run MBSA, part of the results are a list of Hotfixes.

My question is, why don’t these results matchup? There are a few that are in both results but not all. This leads me to believe that I should run both tools inorder to discover ALL the updates I’m missing.

Or is there a tool that can do it all?
